Good value for a new business

I was looking for something affordable to help with my small business, and Vepaar popped up. I went with the annual plan since it had a nice discount. Setting up the Online Store Builder was pretty straightforward. It felt like a good chunk of savings for what I got, definitely worth the price.

Solid features, minor hiccup

I got Vepaar primarily for the WhatsApp CRM and the Payment Gateway Integration. Both features are really robust and have streamlined my process quite a bit. The Customer Tags and Filters are super useful for segmenting my audience. Delivery of the service itself was instant, of course, being software. My only small issue was figuring out the Custom Domain Support initially; the instructions could be a little clearer. Once I got past that, everything else was pretty intuitive. Overall, it's a good tool for the price, especially if you catch one of their deals.

Consistently helpful for sales

This isn't my first time using Vepaar. I've been with them for over a year now, mainly for the WhatsApp CRM and Order Management System. It's always been reliable. My initial setup with the product catalogs was smooth, and it's continued to work well for tracking sales and managing customer messages. I even used their Business Profile Management feature this time, which was just as easy to update. I keep coming back because it just works, no fuss.

Made selling way easier

So I needed a way to sell my stuff without a huge headache, and my friend told me about Vepaar. I got the Online Store Builder going and hooked it up with WhatsApp. It was honestly pretty simple. Being able to do Checkout with WhatsApp is super convenient for my customers. Everything just felt easy to use. No complaints from me, it just did what I needed it to.

Anyone know if Vepaar has an actual mobile app? Or is it just web-based?

S Sam Okafor 1 month ago
Yup, they have one for both Android and iOS. I use the Android one on my phone for quick checks.

There's a web dashboard too, but the app is super handy for managing things on the go. Pretty smooth, no real complaints.

Can you use your own domain name with the Vepaar store? Or do you have to use their subdomain?

O Omar D. 3 weeks ago
Yep, totally can. I connected my custom domain without any issues. There's an option for it in the settings.

They have custom domain support. It makes your store look way more professional than using their default URL.

Thinking about getting Vepaar for my small business, but I'm worried about transaction fees. Do they charge extra for sales through the platform?

B Beth M. 1 month ago
From what I remember, Vepaar itself doesn't charge transaction fees. It's more about whatever payment gateway you connect.

R Renee Doyle 1 month ago
That's right. You'll deal with the fees from Stripe or PayPal or whatever you use, not from Vepaar directly.

Hey, wondering if Vepaar has any kind of free trial? Want to test it out before committing to anything.

S Sam B. 1 month ago
Yeah, they do. I signed up for the 14-day free trial last month. It gives you access to a bunch of stuff to poke around with.

M Megan R. 1 month ago
They have a permanent free tier too, but it's pretty basic. The trial lets you see the premium features before you decide to buy.

I'm looking at Vepaar but also Wati. What's the main difference between them, like why pick one over the other?

A Alex N. 1 month ago
Vepaar feels more geared towards the 'store' and 'CRM' aspect with WhatsApp integrated. Wati is more about just the WhatsApp API for bigger teams.

I think Vepaar is better if you really want that online store builder and poll tools linked directly to your WhatsApp chats. Wati is a bit more general for WhatsApp communication.

Does Vepaar offer any kind of discounts for new startups? Trying to keep costs low.

D David 1 month ago
I haven't seen specific 'startup discounts' per se, but they do have referral rewards and often run promotional deals, especially on annual plans.

Sometimes they'll have early bird offers around new feature launches, which might help. Also, check for those lifetime deals, they're the best value if you can snag one.

How easy is it to set up an online store with Vepaar? Is it super complicated or pretty straightforward?

L Laura 1 month ago
It's pretty straightforward. You just follow the steps, add your products, set up payments. I had a basic store running in an afternoon.

P Paula Romero 1 month ago
Yeah, it's designed for small businesses so it's not overly technical. Plus, it integrates with WhatsApp really well, which is the main selling point.

Are there any active lifetime deals for Vepaar right now? I know they've had them before on AppSumo.

P Phil Torres 4 weeks ago
Not that I've seen recently. They pop up sometimes, especially around Black Friday or specific launch events. Keep an eye out.

W Wendy Carter 4 weeks ago
They're known for those AppSumo deals. If there isn't one now, maybe check again during their seasonal sales like Cyber Monday, that's when I got mine.
